What’s better than a rough cut? A DIRECTOR’S CUT! Red Stylo Media has announced a new deluxe release of AZTECA: Ciudad Paradiso #2, slated for August 2011. Bonus content will also include new pin-ups, previously deleted panels, behind-the-scenes production notes as well as new art from Jhazmine Ruiz!
Because of these changes, the AZTECA #3 release and the trade collecting 1-3 will also be pushed from May 5 to mid-Summer. The newest AZTECA art will be collected in the final deluxe trade release.
Those of you out there who ordered or purchased AZTECA #2 can send an email through our Contact Us page before June 1, 2011, to receive a voucher for the new version when it’s out in July. As a ‘thank you’ for sticking with us, you will also receive a coupon for 50% off a signed copy of the upcoming trade—regular list price $19.99. Fans can still purchase copies of the Rough Cut (designated with a Primer Corte silver sticker) for the new price of $1.50. Downloads are still 99 cents.
Changes to the book will bring changes to the entire AZTECA series. Red Stylo Media will be getting a complete facelift beginning in June with a new website, store and newsletter.
