Kiss by the book. Or is it, you kiss when you’re booked? Romeo and Julie can’t seem to decide how their second-chance at life and love in the happily thereafter should end!

What if those two whiny teenagers had lived to love instead? Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” gets a sequel in this hilarious short from writer James McGee and artist Mark Mullaney! The digital download includes extras you can ONLY get online, including the original script and character design pages. The file also includes a BONUS page from BRAVE WORLD, a twist on “The Tempest” from artist A.I. Miller!

STAR-CROSSED, one of eighteen stories in the Shakespeare Shaken comic anthology, is NOW available to download for just $1.99 in the Red Stylo Media store!

James McGee has loved stories all his life, and has wanted to tell them since he was in the 8th grade. Star-Crossed is his first published comic, and it is dream come true. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing and works in a library so, yeah, pretty nerdy. James lives in West Virginia with his wife, Laura, and an ever-growing army of cats. He will be at Dragon Con later this month!

Mark Mullaney ( clearly a man of fewer words) is an artist from Boston, Massachussetts. Mark is also a returning contributor from the POE TWISTED anthology, where he wrote and illustrated “The System of Doctor Canne and Professor Bulle,” and was the artist for “Zombie Cruise,” story by Marta Tanrikulu.

SHAKESPEARE SHAKEN is a folio of thirty original comic stories and vignettes inspired by the plays, poetry and life of William Shakespeare. This is not Aunt Martha’s dusty longbox of Shakespeare adaptations…Shakespeare SHAKEN, not stirred!
