KILLER ART: 3 Queen-inspired pinups by CGhirardo


In addition to original comic stories, KILLER QUEEN includes a collection of original vignettes and posters from a select group of talented artists. This print collection features the work of CGhirardo who created a three-part series of pinups inspired by Queen's music.

This collection includes three 11″ x 17″ posters, including:
–“I Want Out”, inspired by Queen's song “Under Pressure”
–“Seeing One In Many Ways”, inspired by “One Vision”
–“Blissfully Going Down”, inspired by “Another One Bites The Dust”

A graduate of the Joe Kubert School of Comics and Graphic Art, Inc., contemporary figurative artist CGhirardoreturned to his first love, comics. He does a monthly experimental webcomic, (, where he combines his studies of modern art with graphic storytelling. A fan of Queen, Ghirardo jumped at the chance to do artwork inspired by the songs “Another One Bites the Dust”, “One Vision”, and “Under Pressure” for Killer Queen. CGhirardo continues to show his paintings in group and solo exhibitions, is involved in numerous art projects, and has self-published his own graphic novels.
