MORE RED STYLO ANTHOLOGIES
The Poe Twisted Anthology
Welcome to The POE TWISTED Anthology, a collection of original comic art inspired by the fiction and poetry of Edgar Allan Poe. Not Poe… Poe twisted!
“Take the characters or setting from your favorite Edgar Allan Poe story, twist them, and make something new.” The Poe Twisted Anthology is a challenge to a new crop of artists and writers to be inspired by Poe, rather than simply retell him. Clever, haunting, and with an eclectic mix of styles and genres, this collection of original comics is a graphic tribute to the dark master of American Gothic fiction.
What'cha Reading gives House of Montresor 5 out of 5!
We know What'chaReading.com reviewer, Chuck Suffel, is a rabid Edgar Allan Poe fan. So there was no way to guess how Part I of THE HOUSE OF MONTRESOR, an original graphic novel and our sequel to Poe's beloved classic "The Cask of Amontillado", would fare under Chuck's...
Patreon and Red Stylo
Red Stylo started with a successful Kickstarter campaign, our first and only crowdfund campaign. Four years later we are returning, this time with something new! Become a Red Stylo...

A Tale of Two Crests
Fans of Edgar Allan Poe (and especially The Cask of Amontillado) know that Montresor's family crest is an eerie bit of foreshadowing in the gothic master's classic short story of murder and revenge. "I forget your...
Cover Art for House of Montresor
Comics is a weird process. Lots of writing and planning, then nothing happens and all is quiet while the artist takes over and just does their thing (obviously, a great deal of things are happening for the artist, but whatever.) And then BAM! Lots of activity! In the...
