Enrica is the founder and editor-in-chief at Red Stylo Media. She is the writer and creator of Azteca, a comic series and motion comic, 7th Voyage an original graphic novel slated for release in July 2013, as well as editor of The Poe Twisted Anthology and Shakespeare Shaken. Blake Armstrong is a writer and director that currently lives in Chicago, IL. His feature length screenplays have earned him some attention and awards from festivals like Slam Dance. “Isolation through Exploration” was his first story formatted for a graphic novel. When he isn’t writing, he works on set in the camera and lighting departments for various movies and television shows like Warner Brothers’ “Man of Steel” and National Geographic’s “Wicked Tuna”. If you can’t find him on set or writing, he’s most likely backpacking through a national park or brewing a batch of Scottish style ale.

Hailing from Maine, C. M. Beckett has conjured up fictions for as long as he can remember, but has only recently begun sharing them. With friend and creative partner, Dan Fleming, Beckett self-published four issues of the black & white, comics/prose anthology, Warrior27, recently collected in a 254-page edition that includes new and never-before-published pieces. Beckett has also written for the Pulse, contributed to the flash fiction sites 50 Years From Now and Elephant Words, had short stories published by Ape Entertainment, Dark Recesses Press, and Top Shelf Comics, and recently completed a year-long examination of Alan Moore & Dave Gibbons’s Watchmen. For almost 10 years, Aaron’s channeled his love for all things popular culture into the award-winning website and podcast, GeekintheCity.com. 2009 heralded the return of live radio dramas in Portland when Aaron began to write and star in A.Z., a series set in Portland’s dark future, after the zombies conquered the world and The Adventures of the Crimson Mist, a heart-felt love letter to pulp adventure during the golden age of radio. Forrest Helvie lives in Bristol, CT with his wife and two sons. He is an assistant professor of developmental English at Norwalk Community College in Connecticut, and he will receive his Ph.D. in English Literature & Criticism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania at the end of 2013. His professional interests are broad-ranging from Arthurian literature and 19th-century American literature, to pedagogy and comics studies. He has also presented at numerous conferences and contributed to a number of different publications related to these fields of study. Most recently, Forrest won the prestigious 2012 Lent Award in Comics Studies from the National Popular Culture Association.

Abede Lovelace is a professional storyteller and an NYC native. He has been working in comics for 10 years. His first big step was becoming an assistant for the great inker Mark Morales, a partnership, which still continues today. He has worked on various titles during this time both independent and mainstream; as well as in tv and film as a storyboard artist. His collaboration with writer Shaun Noel resulted in the creation of mini series City of Walls; a gritty coming of age tale in an urban scifi, industrial, super- complex.

Damien Lucchese is a freelance writer, production consultant and web developer. He has worked for Marvel Comics. He has worked at both Marvel and Image comics, and continues to pursue writing and other creator opportunities.

Jackson McBrayor spends most evenings telling stand-up comedy, spouting stories of crowd-surfing in his wheelchair and other hilarious exploits. A.I.Miller, born in 1987 in Fort Worth, Texas, is a figurative painter, digital artist, writer and comic artist. His passion is for exploring the vast poetic possibilities of narrative sequential art, which he studied while earning his MFA at MICA. Jarrod L. Perez (or TOONZi, as he signs his work) is the founder/owner of Milqtoast Comics, a company branded with high quality comics created by himself with stimulating and playful illustrations and stories, touching anywhere from stoner adventures in strange lands to random humorous social commentaries by engaging colorful characters. Picking up a comic by Jarrod is the formula for intellectual and thought provoking comedy at its best. Oversaw corporate publications as art director for five years at the JC Penney Company’s world headquarters. Teaching art and many other subjects for the NYC DOE for more than twenty years. Many pen/ink illustrations have been published in an assortment of magazines/newspapers. Starting with the SoHo Weekly News and Saks Fifth Avenue, to more recently The Shawangunk Journal, The Ellenville Public Library and Museum, and historic Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn. In 2009, with assistance from John S. Lucas, started a new Katy Keene Fan Club on FB. Administered and created art for that group up to 2011. It was an artistic homage to Bill Woggon’s 1945 creation. Mermaids, Vixens, and Wenches, A Pin-Up Gallery was created in 2011. It features postcard collections and an independent pin-up comic that debuted in 2012. Also in 2012, rendered several b/w pieces for Red Stylo Media’s Shakespeare Shaken anthology. Created Ellen’s Adventures at the Shadowland , a weekly comic strip for an upstate New York newspaper. It incorporates the local theatre and landmarks in the Ulster County area.

James W. Powell is a professional writer/editor whose comic work has appeared in the Dark Horse anthology Once Upon a Time Machine, and the Eisner-nominated Postcard: True Stories That Never Happened. He recently edited Kill All Monsters, a graphic novel set for publication the summer of 2013. James lives in Denver with his wife and son.

Ryan L. Schrodt made his professional writing debut in Mark Millar’s CLiNT Magazine in 2011 and has not stopped making comics since. Also in 2011, he released a collection of short comics, Matinee Eclectica. Upcoming work includes the one-shot King of Cool (Comic Aid Press), the graphic novella How the Krampus Saved Christmas, a Supreme story drawn by Rob Liefeld, and contributions to various anthologies. Erica Schultz is the writer and co-creator of the original comic book series, M3. Growing up, Erica would steal whatever her older brother came home with from the comic store, and fell in love with such titles as X-Men, Batman, and Spider-Man, to name a few.
